The Henry

Great living experience! The amenities are wonderful. We made sure to use the coffee machine everyday.

My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed living at the Henry. The building is well maintained and spotlessly clean. At times it feels like we're on vacation lying on the pool deck which is far nicer than that of many resorts we've visited. The apartments feature high-end appliances, huge closets, and ample lighting. Sound proofing is excellent; the building is very quiet. There are a host of little extras that add up. As a guest visiting said to me, this was the first apartment complex that he'd seen that had amenities that were actually useful: chilled aromatherapy towels in the gym, still and carbonated water on tap, several ice machines located throughout the building, a fabulous coffee machine that produces a wide variety of espresso beverages (hot and iced) that one actually enjoys drinking, and dog biscuits for pets at the concierge desk to name a few. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly (typically the day that they are placed). The building manager, Jen, is always pleasant and accommodating. The staff are friendly without fail. In the end, all of these factors create a particularly warm ambiance. The Henry has a strong sense of community that I have yet to experience in other buildings. We're sorry to leave but a job change requires relocation. We hope to be back one day.

Today I made a request to change the a/c filter and the maintenance staff was very nice. The maintenance staff, front desk and management are very polite, efficient and helpful.
The amenities are beautiful and it is very well located.
Excellent choice for living.

The Henry is a wonderful place to live. The building is beautifully designed with high-end materials. The apartment units have high ceilings, have amazing sound insulation, and either Samsung or Bosch appliances. The pool area makes me feel like I'm staying at a resort. Having lived in high rises before, it is so refreshing to live in a mid-rise. The amenities are never crowded, and I really like my fellow tenants. Lastly, the staff is very attentive and truly care about the tenant's satisfaction. Shout out to Jen and Seryna in the office and Jose the maintenance man. -

Jenelyn and Seryna at the management office are great and give the best service !   The front desk is always welcoming and also willing to help. The amenities are beautiful. The whole building and the experience has been great. :)

The food and service is fantastic. If you have the opportunity to sit in Destiny’s section, request it. She is beyond sweet and makes the service more than just the food. It becomes an experience with her.

I was little scared to check this property because of the reviews on the building but when I walk in the building I felt this is the one and I signed the lease right away. I loved the building itself and also the neighbors. Jen and Seryna are awesome. They are always there to help. Lastly, I got my deposit back within a week. Amazing experience overall and I highly recommend this apt to anyone.

We were one of The Henry's first tenants and absolutely loved our experience living there for almost three years. The building is beautiful, location incredible, the staff is so wonderful and attentive, and the amenities are gorgeous. It's truly a special place and if it wasn't for us outgrowing our home due to our growing family, we probably would've stayed forever!

I lived at the Henry for 15 months (and only moved out to live with my partner) and I enjoyed it immensely. Well-built building, great amenities and, most importantly, a responsive and kind staff. It’s an anomaly in a crowded Miami market and I’d highly recommend it.
