The Key West Apartments

They do not care about their tenants what so ever. They will leave you without any A/C In the middle of this Florida heat without a care in the world. It takes months to get new appliances that they only steal from another apartment so it also has issues. I would never recommend anyone to live here and I can’t wait until my lease is up!!!! DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE!

This message is for management. My refrigerator stopped working over the weekend and all my groceries in my freezer and fridge spoiled and I would like a full refund.

What is the rent like over here ?

I lived here for about 3 years & I’m turning in my keys at the end of the day. I moved to a different location with my fiancé but I just wanted to give this place a good rating because I never had any issues living here. My neighbors were quiet no disturbances & the office manager Lupe was super nice & helpful whenever I needed to go to her about an issue I was having. I did move because the rent was a bit high for me but again great place to live it’s so close to everything! Thank you Lupe for all that you did! :-)
