Units are in decent shape although I suspect there might be mold in my unit as I've been having breathing problems and there are black spots on the ceiling and corners.
Unfortunately changing review to 1 star due to the fact there are college kids playing tennis and basketball often late, screaming and yelling in the parking lot.  I've made the office aware and nothing has been done.
I had a stroke 6 months ago so is negatively impacting my health.
There is aggressive enforcement of parking lot rules but nothing to help with the noise at night.
Also some people get road rage in the parking lot.  I've had someone look like they were going to run me over in the parking lot while I was walking. I looked in the car as they swerved away from me last moment and they were laughing.
Some of my neighbors are very nice by the way but definitely some inconsiderate people here.

After viewing many apartment complexes, we viewed The Landings and instantly knew this was going to be our new home. From the very beginning of the move-in process to now, everything has been top notch. Fabian in the leasing office especially has been amazing through our whole process and responded quickly to our questions prior to moving in. We couldn’t be happier in our new home!

I moved to the Landings at Coconut Creek around six weeks ago. Both Fabian and Charlie were great in ensuring that my move was seamless. They were patient in taking my questions and responding with thorough information. They have been attentive and prompt to my requests. The community is undergoing remodel and Fabian has ensured to communicate deadlines and progress in a timely manner. The improvements are beautiful and the community is quiet and family-oriented. Restaurants and shopping are all located nearby. Main highways are also very conveniently located. I highly recommend Landings at Coconut Creek and the management team! I am happy to call my new place home!

Definitely the best experience I have had renting. From the day I entered the office asking for information, Fabian Briones gave me the best attention. A central, safe and clean residential complex. A place that definitely makes you live better. Highly recommended!
