The attention was excellent, the property is very nice and clean and organized. I am happy to move here and very grateful to Mrs. Mónica and Mr. Fabián, wonderful people who not only gave me all the information and help I needed but also made me feel welcome 🤗🙏🙏🙏

I just want to say, that is being  a pleasure to live in the Landings, the entire staff are amazing, fabian very helpfull, the manager a litle bit strict, but on point with everything, property looks good, finally with  the new parking system, we have a plenty  parking...thank you for listening the concerns... Property  higly recomended...!!!

Like everywhere else, when you first move in you think it’s rainbows and butterflies but as you live here longer you start to see what's really wrong with this place. The move in process of course was smooth and Fabian was very professional. 3 months ago a mold issue occurred in my complex to where i was forced to deal with Monica and Charles. They handled the whole situation unprofessionally, i was forced to take time off work because they don't answer phone calls, and on top of that Monica tried blaming me for the situation . Fast forward, they implemented a towing company which despite registering guests, they will STILL tow your car. Monica and Charles have shown multiple times that they are not here to help guests but instead, to make your life an inconvenience. Renter please beware. You are better off paying an extra $100 else where , atleast you will get treated with respect and won’t get hung up on when you call the leasing center with your concerns

Quiet complex. Had a couple of things that needed attention at move in and Monica the manager was right on top of it quickly! Charles always made sure to respond to my emails as well. Fabian was always a pleasure to deal with too! Also, I truly appreciate that they take the parking situation seriously here as some places don’t enforce the parking policy. Monica made my move in and move out process quick and easy. Thank you!!

They recently started this new parking system. If any vehicle is not registered under the lease they will tow it. The tow fee starts at $204 and they charge by the day. They only give you 14 days a month for guest, anything after that, vehicles will be towed. They try to make it seem like this is to improve parking for residents but it’s all a cash grab. Just another way to make more revenue for the apartment complex. The management company is completely spineless. Keep in mind they do the cheapest renovations possible inside of the apartments, but continually increase the rent every year ensuring that all your income goes to paying rent.
