Safe building, well located and very well maintained

Sorry to tell you but is the worst building in Surfside, Florida

The best building management we ever had left 1 month ago also with the chief engineer. Interesting timing given all the scrutiny on building safety. New management was very cruel. We have been shut down of water in our unit since 4 days ago. The pipe leak in condo common area was first discovered 10 days ago and was never repaired. They said it’s emergency and shut our water and didn’t emergency fix this for 4 days. No water during COVID or any time is inhumaine. I had to beg, negotiate and now escalated to Surfside town center (very nice people). I was told a civil violation notice would be issued to mandate fixing in 72 hours. Hope this happens eventually. Avoid the management.  All residents - this can happen to you too. Please consider all of our lives and safety in this building. Do something to mandate change to the management and board practice.

The building is alright, but nothing fancy. There is a pool, but the pool area needs a lot of work, it is nothing special. However the area where the place is located is pretty and family friendly.
