Would be 4 stars if the no smoking rule ...
Would be 4 stars if the no smoking rule was actually enforced and a strong smell of weed wasn’t always in the hallways and getting into my apartment.

There’s a lot of people that love to give negative reviews on here, But I have to say, that the concierge that works in phase 1. (His name is Eddie) is awesome. You can tell that he’s dedicated to, and the people that live and work there. Great job,brother.
