Not even one star. The painted tubs are the worst. Oven does not work and the fridge is terrible. Also the parking lot floods with very heavy rain. They do not care! I have a relative that lives there.

Staff are very nice. They always get back with you for all situations. Emergency handy men are always available. Nice place to live.

Where to begin... Mold and cockroach infested building. In my whole life I've never seen painted bathtubs. The original ones from when the building was built. Forbid they where replaced. Too many insects under neath to be replaced. The building should be condemned! Mold in the walls. AC units have mold. If it breaks they don't replace it.  Rusted refrigerator and stove. Roach infested. To get the fighting outside and police presence once a week. Then raising rent 50% over the last two years. And no improvement in the property. Slum Lord!!! Pool looks nice and green. When windows screen was needed. They said take one from another unit? That's not ones responsibility.
