The Residences at Lakehouse

What a beautiful experience we had here at the Residences at Lakehouse. From the apartment itself to the staff, the pool and gym, the community, and everything and everyone in between. It’s been an absolute pleasure to have resided in and deeply enjoyed our time at the Residences. Our family of 4 highly recommends the residences to any and all prospective residents.

I recently had the pleasure to work with Darian and my experience was excellent. He provided a great customer service. Very  professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the service I received. He went above and beyond making sure my needs and accommodations were met. I highly recommend him.

I have lived with the community for about 5  months, and it has been an absolute dream. It has been the complete opposite experience to my previous apartment community. The maintenance team is quick and efficient, the property cleanliness is immaculate. There is enough parking for my partner and I,  and any friends or family who come by. Big thanks to Darian Simon, the leasing agent who spoke to me and my partner, and who is knowledgeable about the property and area and is there to always assist. If Darian is not there, Adriana and Janille are always so nice and able to help. Great leasing team!

Thank you to Darian Simon for the onboarding! He's been helpful many times setting up and advising. If he isn't there, Janile and Adriana are also very helpful. Been here for the past six months, everything taken care of timely and efficiently. Leasing team is very tentative, helpful to advise and assist. I feel comfortable being here. Highly recommend.

I’ve been living at Residence at Lakehouse for 4 years and I can confidently say that the property and customer service here is outstanding! Adriana and Darien are always so helpful, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Whether it’s a maintenance request or just general questions, they’re quick to respond and always go the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care of. When I talk about residence at Lakehouse, I talk about living in a resort. It’s like having your whole 365 days a year, leaving at a resort where you can enjoy the trees, the pools, the grills, and even the maximum amount of peace in all Miami. Love to walk around and being able to be in a place where I know me and my daughters are safe. Thinking of moving to Miami? Residence at Lake House is the place to be.

With great sadness after 12 years of living here we must move! The only reason we are moving is because they have raised the rent up so much we can no longer afford to live here! They should consider the tenants that have lived here for such a long time, but they did not! They base it on the market value! Should consider that we have never been late on our rent and we were here for such a long time! The staff here and the maintenance has been great, however raising the rent up the way they have is ridiculous!

Incredible experience

I don't usually leave reviews but I suffer a case of abuse of power, the place was okey but there is a big corporate greed and they don't work with you and they will charge you for any small detail. Lost all my security deposit plus they are charging me 700$ when I moved out. I would stay away from this place from Graham Companies they own a couple places in Miami lakes so be aware !

I want to talk about the place that has been my home for the past three years: Residences at Lakehouse, a beautiful community in Miami Lakes that you will love. The entire team, from the leasing office to the maintenance guys, is very professional. They give their touch to the amenities making the condominium impeccably clean and comfortable. The apartments have enough space and many walking closets, also storage in balconies, one of the reasons I decided to move there, but after this three years I can add that this place has the best prices for luxury communities and a pool area where you will feel like you are in a tropical resort with grills, umbrellas and lounge chairs available. 100% recommended!!! ❤️
