The Residences on Hollywood Beach

Beautiful building right on the beach.  The units are very nice and spacious, and the amenities are awesome.

This building has the worst valet parking in the whole city. You have to wait 30 minutes for a car just because they don’t know where they parked it! They run around and can’t find where it’s parked. drivers do not speak English, many do not know how to use a car. They also don’t know how to use the terminal to accept a credit card. the same thing over and over again.

This is such a fabulous building in an unparalleled location! I’ve been here almost two years and love being right by the beach. The amenities are great, we have our choice of two gyms and two pools (plus hot tub) to name a couple. The beach area feels like a resort. All the front desk employees are so sweet, and so are the valet except for one (he valets on the beachside property and isn’t very pleasant but it doesn’t bother me that much). There are some cons to the place but no building is perfect, and for a beachside property all the cons are worth it.

Do not waste your money to live here, will regret for sure. Front desk and security and valet are very rude, cursing people around and Mario ( worker on front desk) super rude with people, cursing white women and stoles package 📦. Rude administration STAY AWAY!!!

It’s a shame I can’t post the video of the Valet guy cursing 🤬 me out and telling me he doesn’t care about his job. I am happy to share the video and audio of the vulgarity spewed at me by the valet gentleman. There’s no need for an “investigation” as there is no place in hospitality for that behavior and he should be terminated immediately and a formal apology should be issued.

Very bad attitude in front desk people. Especially Mario very rude and hate the white women. Racist 👎

I don't usually make bad comments, but this management and front desk workers are honestly nasty and useless people. I lived in this building for 4 years and always kept it clean and tidy, once I turned to the woman from the front desk for help and they simply sent me, jumped so that I could figure it out myself or call my husband and ask him for help to open the door for me. This animal on the front desk scoffed and made faces, which I did not understand at first, but then I shut her mouth and left without help! I wish all management and front desk workers stuck there forever and never make living money. Stupid and arrogant, instead of helping people, you show your animal insides and after that you want to be treated well?  Good luck

I live here for almost 1 year and I love it. The building is very well kept and clean. They did a lot of renovations before I moved in and still doing some now, but nothing to be inconvenienced by. Yes, cameras every where, little extreme but definitely feeling safe. It’s a quiet place. Staff is super friendly.
