Very sophisticated Residences in Miami Beach.   I love the place and the staff.

Unpleasant welcoming from the receptionist CINDY! Please hire someone who is willing to do their basic jobs. She is extremely unprofessional and don’t planning to keep her here at my building and make me do her part of job! She need to find an other place to work.

When I pulled in this guy (valet) was arguing with an Amazon delivery person very aggressively . Than he proceeded to force open my automatic back door . When told him not to he said I’m treating him he is going to call security .. unbelievable! And He was comfortable doing it too omg .. I will be posting videos of this guy

Mikey at Valet parking made my experience visiting a friend extremely unpleasant to say the least. As a valet parking employee you greet guest therefore, it’s the first impression you get from an establishment. He greeted me with bazaar questions as if I were some type of employee, I gave him the apartment # and he proceeded to tell me “Not to play with him” assuming I was looking to have my parking ticket validated. His attitude, tonality, and gestures really didn’t make him out to be a an employee that should interact with guest on a constant regular basis.
We live in a pretty crazy world nowadays so I left and parked on the street and filed a proper complaint accompanied by this review in hopes that management recognizes his inability to handle guests in a proper manner.
To all other staff members of the Ritz Carton Residences, thank you! This is the way to treat people!
