Hello I live at the west tower Tunisa Martin from 5th Avenue concierge is a wonder worker I love her smile and she helps everyone that comes to the west tower and others at all times I e need to keep her at the front desk.

The worst building in the city. Starting with the facilities, they are neglected, they always smell bad. The staff is not professional at all, mainly the manager. They broke the glass of my car, inside the parking lot; They never responded to me as a company. A rotten water pipe burst in the basement, they did not respond for it either. And in the end, when I decided to leave the property, they stole my deposit and an extra amount. I painted the entire unit, left it spotless and still, this company robbed me. They lack too much as a luxurious condominium.

River landing is an amazing place to live.   The leasing office is incredible.  The units are beautiful.  Wonderful amenities and location.  Just be careful crossing the street!

Regrettably, my experience at this building has been far from satisfactory. The leasing office's communication is abysmal, with delayed responses and inconsistent information. Moreover, the elevators are perpetually malfunctioning, leading to lengthy wait times and unreliable transportation within the building. It's incredibly disappointing that basic amenities like functional elevators are not upheld to standard. Potential residents beware: if you value timely communication and reliable elevator service, this building may not meet your expectations.

Hereby declare as a new renter at RiverLanding, this modern apartment complex to be exceptional compared to other complexes in the area. The community has a shopping center, including a Publix, and a Haagen-Dazs 🙂. The building has a pool, recreational area, and gym to stay in shape. I had the pleasure to be assisted by concierge Andre Labat, which did nothing but an amazing job assisting me through the rental process. If anyone is interested in RiverLanding as their next place of residence, please ask for Andre, for I’m sure he will make your rental experience simply the best.

No one ever responds and nothing is ever fixed. The property manager doesn’t understand follow up or how to manage a property. If you like neglect then this is the place for you.

I recently faced some issues in my unit at this apartment complex, and I must commend the support provided by the dedicated staff. From the moment I reported the problem, they demonstrated professionalism and efficiency. The staff's expertise and resourcefulness in promptly resolving the issue reflects positively on the overall management of the apartment complex.
