My experience living here is much more Comforting Because of the overnight Concierge Alysha:)

Watch out! Your deposit will be sucked dry by random bills. Randomly got a $700 (!!) water bill in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Disputed it, office wasn’t much help. Was told “I missed payments and it was a back charge” then “let’s check the water meter in your unit” then “we changed water companies (didn’t know utility companies were so easy to change)” then “we’re waiting on corporate to remove the charge.” Just lies. It was “adjusted” and I still got charged $350 for water during move out.  Nice place, had no issues until the random charge, but be prepared to lose your deposit upon move out!

I felt compelled to leave a review even though I don't live here. I reached out seeking some more information about rentals here, and while I'm used to a lack of urgency when it comes to anything here in Florida, I was pleasantly surprised. A gentleman named Manuel Sanchez, not only went above and beyond helping me answer some questions, but did so in a "New York Minute."  Hope to do some business with you guys soon.

Disappointing Experience at Solemnia When I first rented an apartment at Solemnia in North Miami, I expected quality and good service, as initially promised. However, my experience has drastically declined over time:
There is no one in the office during business hours to assist residents.
The hallways often smell like marijuana, compromising comfort and safety.
The building started with a 24-hour coffee machine offering a variety of free options. This was reduced to free espresso only, and now coffee is available only between 7 AM and 8 AM.
The building’s overall structure and upkeep have significantly deteriorated.
SMELL OF MARIJUANA EVERYWHERE
Living here has been a frustrating experience, and I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and reliable service.

I am very pleased with the work of the Sole Mia team, in particular Sofi, who helped us check in in the shortest possible time. Sofi approaches her work with the responsibility that we are accustomed to in Ukraine.
Everything is fast, clear and most importantly competent.
