If I could give this complex building a ...
If I could give this complex building a -5 review, I would. I have lived here over 10 years and they towed my car today. I called and ask why and they said I didn’t have a visitor pass. After 10 years living at this complex that’s never happened to me and now they say I didn’t have the tag and didn’t even have the courtesy of giving their resident a warning. Things happen, the tag could’ve been lost or fallen when driving. I’m deeply disappointed and the way in which this situation was handled lacked the basic professionalism and consideration of their residents. I wish to address the larger issue that this incident reflects: the preexisting fear among residents that their vehicles could be towed at any moment, with no regard for their inconvenience or circumstances. Would not recommend this complex to others, please do not buy or rent in this complex.
