I’m very comfortable living at the Whitney ! Management and the Leasing Office are very responsive and super friendly!
Maintenance always comes within a few hours of putting in requests. I would like to point out Geraldo’s and Roberto’s professionalism, responsiveness, and friendly  and whenever there is an issue, the maintenance team and staff are always prompt in fixing it, ensuring a hassle-free environment.
The building is well kept and always clean.
The gym is always clean !

I’m very comfortable living at the Whitney Residential Building. The location is perfect—close to my business and downtown. The building is always clean, the security is great, and the pool and gym are top-notch. The staff is excellent—any maintenance requests are handled the same day, and the main office team is always respectful and professional.
It’s a great place for professionals  and entrepreneurs. The community is friendly, and the neighbors are wonderful. Highly recommend the Whitney for a convenient, comfortable lifestyle!

I have lived at the Whitney for over 5 years (since it opened!) and cannot say how great it is to live here. Great location, beautiful property, and great team that runs it that care so much about all the residence (big shout out to Ari Gonazalez! Was going to move for something new, but after talking to Ari decided to stay and keep the Whitney my home.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Ari Gonzalez when I toured a rental unit with plans to sign a year-long lease. From the start, Ari was professional, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and went above and beyond to answer all my questions about the property and neighborhood. Her attention to detail was impressive, making sure I had all the information I needed to feel confident about my decision. Ari’s friendly and approachable personality made the process stress-free, and her commitment to creating a positive experience was clear in every interaction. It’s refreshing to work with a manager who genuinely cares about future tenants and ensures they feel welcomed and well-informed. I’m thrilled to say I’m looking forward to moving in, and it’s largely thanks to Ari’s fantastic service. Before I chose the Whitney I toured all of the other apartment buildings and the new luxury buildings available in Fort Lauderdale. For me, The Whitney was by far the best compared to its competition! 10/10 recommend The Whitney if you are looking to live downtown. Steven Lewis was amazing from the beginning proces of welcoming to the Whitney leasing office, gathering information on my specific apartment needs, tailoring my options, showing me the available apartments tailored to my needs and talking the time to explain everything in great detail.
The entire Leasing Office staff is awesome. Their willingness and availability is exceptional. I came back to drop some documents and while Steven was on tour, Bryan jump in to help me right away without having to wait. That is customer service at is finest!!
The building is well kept and always clean, the doggy park is spacious with plenty of room for your fur baby to play. The gym is huge, is always clean with 2 floors and plenty of machines and weights to go around. The pool area is amazing and the community is welcoming.
There are weekly events organized by these great couple Julia and Pete, which bring the community together and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere to make friends with others in the building. I had the opportunity to meet Pete yesterday for Oktober fest and he did not disappoint, free beer, free pretzels and free apple strudel from a local German bakery and brewery.
The Whitney is more than just an apartment building it is a vibrant and caring community that I am grateful to call home. Thank you, Sreven Lewis for helping me find the perfect apartment and Pete, for making me feel like family and part of the community.

Maintenance is always great. They come very quickly and work very quickly to repair anything that needs repairs. Thank you Geraldo and Edwardo.

I have been a resident at The Whitney for a little over a year now and it's been fantastic! I especially enjoy the pool/hot tub area. The water is always clean and the hot tub is at a pleasant temperature. The surroundings are also clean. It neighbors the dog park but I can't smell anything from the pool.
The gym has two floors and is also kept clean. Wipes are provided to keep machinery clean after you use it. There is also a water bottle refill station in the gym.
The team, specifically Ari, are very helpful. Ari so far has answered all of my questions/concerns quickly and succinctly. She is a pleasure to speak with. In addition, they host resident events for every month varying from happy hours at local restaurants to food trucks.
Overall, this building is very pleasant and I'm enjoying my time here!
