DO NOT RENT HERE. THE ELEVATORS ARE A NIGHTMARE. SOMEDAYS NO service for hours. People have been stuck here. We had to walk up many flights or walk down. No signs or warnings. It’s like they are keeping it a secret. If you ask questions, you are told nothing except we are working on it. Well, WORK ON IT. IT HAS BEEN an inconvenience for months. Renters and owners should receive some recompense. It’s the talk of the pool. Sadly management has not handled it well with their band aid tactics. It is INEXCUSABLE! Poor management, poor communication, sad experience.
An additional note, someone needs to investigate the management of valet parking.
Something is foul here. Plus, poor communication skills should not be tolerated.  In emergency they couldn’t handle it.
