This is an ideal building for people that dislikr crowded places. Very fancy and simple at the same time. A gem hidden in the midle of everything...!!!

Terrible building and association, management and board members not involved. Multiple thefts happened in the building (stolen packages and vehicle theft) in the past years but no security system to help or secure residents. Also, you'll find pet wastes inside the building and elevator. Good luck living there

A perfect location to live in Miami... one block from the sea, sea breeze, nice buildings, very nice area, and in its surroundings you have everything, target, Costco, Wildwood, Miami district design, everything is close by. Cool is this condominium.

Covid affects everyone

We did the cleaning in this condo and I can tell this: is a very nice place to live, very modern and has this personality touch in each floor. The manager (Madeleine) was so kind and helpful, I'm glad they liked our job and hopefully we do business on the near future.
