Tradewinds Apartment Hotel

Camila and the staff at Tradewinds were friendly and professional. Everyone at the desk during my stay were great. The grounds are beautiful and housecleaning and maintenance were very nice. Wonderful location.

Superb, we like apartment hotels. Great beds, excellent service, good location, easy to stay here without a car Wish we could stay there more often!

So to begin with the apartments are well located a few minutes' walk away you can find what you're looking for, restaurant and festivity, however the hotel is a real nightmare for me, smell of humidity and not just one so it was really annoying but apparently it's in all the rooms according to the hostess, very very very very poorly soundproofed prepare your earplugs we were in the room next to the reception we could hear all the comings and goings of the customers, the curtains are not blackout so hello wake him up!!!! And then the baby on the Garonne NO HOT WATER so how can I tell you that it put me in a very bad mood to go to sleep after a long day I just want to wash and go to bed and I can't do it because 138 euros is not expensive enough to have hot water in your shower I'll spare you the cleanliness of the place, yes I didn't tell you when I didn't see the hot water I went out in a towel to the reception and it told me to turn the meter off and on again just lol and still no water I ended up falling asleep upset!! In any case good luck but I have never experienced this again in the whole world even in Africa I have hot water! To fleeeeeeeeee

This place has it all and the entire staff is excellent, especially Dercia HK. The location is in the heart of South Beach near excellent restaurants and a short walk to the beach and trolley/train stops. The ONLY drawback was cockroaches - a little unsettling. The staff sent someone in to spray (isolated to kitchen area) and the critters came right back. Other than that inconvenience, I highly recommend without any hesitation.

This hotel apartment I do not recommend, we went with full payment from Spain and there they continued charging for everything even the towels per day 34 dollars the reception MANNI a pedant the girls don't know anything dirty bathroom the only good thing the housekeeper is a friendly Cuban lady and José wanted to charge us for three days because it was a weekend
