Tradewinds Apartment Hotel

We came from Argentina and the truth is without words, very nice place, comfortable spaces, close to everything and the truth is that the spectacular attention, everyone was very friendly, I totally recommend it😁

Tradewinds Apart Hotel is my home for the second season in my very long stays thanks to Jessica Santiago who, with her warmth, has taken my long stay reservations. It is a pleasure to feel so well received, cared for and understood. From Mariel with her smile from ear to ear and her excellent communication and education... passing through Misteydi who solves everything with such a good predisposition working from dawn to dusk... going to the front desk with José who is a lovely person. .. Jessie always with drive and good vibes towards the guests... Seila and what to say about Juan Carlos and Gabriel from Maintenance!!! Everyone... everyone on the team exceeds the likability of a human being. Simply say thank you to everyone and I hope it is read by senior management so that they confirm the quality and excellence of all the staff towards the guests. Hugs and until next time. The hotel attention from every employee was amazing, especially from Jessie at the front desk. The rooms were great aswell.

My family and I stayed in one of Tradewinds 1-bedroom apartments, the rooms were relatively comfortable. The wifi is very unreliable and the cars keys had to be repeatedly reprogrammed. The floor tiles are broken and many shift under your feet. The rooms could also use a broom to sweep up sand that will tag along if you come back from the beach. The pool was enjoyable, plan on getting there early if you wish to get one of the seats as there isn't very many.
The staff was helpful and pleasant during our stay, just remember that you cannot check-in until 3pm.
Rooms: Rooms were spacious given that it had 2 queen size beds in a single room.

We didn't have wifi the entire trip, the kitchen was full of cockroaches and the cleaning they offer is very bad. When we went to raise this with the guy at reception they were not even able to pay us any attention.

Well located area, too bad the reception was very cold without politeness.😔

We come for the 2nd time to this accommodation, since last time, we liked it a lot. Now I want to highlight the excellent service that Misteidy, Jessica and Angie provided us. It was the day we arrived, the day before yesterday, that we were able to do an early check in, settle in and go for a walk. Today they were able to give us the room located in the building that we had requested by email. We made the transfer as soon as the room was clean and we are now where we wanted to be!!!
Thanks to the 3 for the effort put into both situations!!!
We cannot fail to mention the General Manager of the Hotel, Sahimariel, who was the one who facilitated in both situations, what they did so that at this moment, we are very comfortable in our accommodation.

When you come I hope that you get the pleasure and experience of having Jessie at the front desk. She is by far, the most personable,  accommodating,  fun, and friendly people I have met in the hospitality industry in all my travels. A definite diamond and delight!
