Tropico Condominium is clearly one of the choicest of the South Beach "boutique" condominiums with only ten units nestled in a lush tropical landscape just a stone's throw from where the 1600 block of Euclid Avenue dead ends into Lincoln Road at the famed Euclid Oval, which is considered the heart of that great pedestrian walkway and used for artistic and musical presentations of all kinds. The building itself is a mix of both single-floor and duplex units, built atop a secure covered parking garage. This particular block of of Euclid Avenue is a fascinating mix of Art Deco, Mediterranean and Miami Modern architecture and Tropico Condo is just two doors down from the former architectural offices of L. Murray Dixon, one of the two most famous architects of the Art Deco era, and there is a bronze plaque that describes his lasting contributions to South Beach design.

I LOVE our condo!!! Only 10 units on a dead end at Lincoln Road. What a location!  A one minute walk to everything Lincoln Road has to offer. A few more minutes and you're at New World Center or the Filmore. For a little healthier walk it takes about 10 minutes to the beach!!!
