This is the worst building the managemen ...
This is the worst building the management and the association are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered. They are not there to solve any issues or to make it better for owners. I'm not quite sure what their agenda is but it very frustrating trying to do anything in this building due to poor management and supervisors.The staff on the other hand are very kind but, they have no power.

Sister has lived there for the past 6 years, and I have encountered the worst hospitality and customer service I have ever experienced. Starting from the securities at the front gate that are not welcoming whatsoever, the valet parkings are far and beyond the most rude set of individuals I have dealt with. This has been addressed countless times with the administration, where they seem to have 0 to no response at the behavior the guest, tenants, and homeowners experience on the day to day.
