Tuscany Pointe at Somerset Place Apartment Homes

Do not move here. They are overpriced units that are falling apart, mold infested and the management is extremely rude. I lived here for three years and this was my worst experience with an apartment complex ever. I had a maintenance request put in first day for a broken fan in my bathroom, never fixed. Then when mold began forming from a vent and I reported it, they tried to tell me the black mold growing out of the vent was dust!!
When my dryer broke, it took a month to fix this and then they only broke the washer when they came. I eventually gave up on asking for maintenance. Some of my blinds broke because they were so cheap and old, but when I tried to replace them.... well there was so much water damage to the window from the poorly installed windows that hanging new blinds was impossible.
The property manager constantly bothered me about having plants on my balcony despite it never being in any agreement that I wasn't allowed plants. She said my plants may cave in the balcony... if a few plant are threatening the structure of the buildings thats a lot larger of an issue than me.
My new apartment has been kinder and more attentive to me in the last week than this staff was in the duration of 3 years I lived here.
If Morgan properties ever is avoiding your maintenance request you should know you have a right to pay your rent to the court instead of them. You just have to provide them with a notice of "intent to pay". I recently learned this and it is knowledge I wish I had when living under Morgan properties terrible management. My experience at Morgan Properties has directly made me need to understand my rights as a tenant and I encourage you to understand yours as well if you plan to live here.

Ignacio the maintenance guy is EXCELLENT. He has great communication regarding maintenance matters. He stays ok top of things and executes whatever task he has to accomplish very well! He’s very respectful and I really appreciate his work ethic.

No one that works for Morgan Properties really cares about you. Will scam you if you do an early termination fee. Expect to wait a few weeks if an appliance goes out. It’s over priced and nothing really luxury about the apartments.

I would like to share praise about Orlando in the maintenance department.  He's very professional, honest and a great worker.  He should be of great value to the company and the complex.  Thank you

The admission process at Tuscany Pointe was seamless, thanks to Constance Mueller. She genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is as beneficial as possible. Constance made my experience truly memorable and left a lasting impression. Even after becoming a resident, she continues to greet us with warm smiles and kind embraces. Her customer service is exceptional, and her knowledge of the community is impressive. If she doesn’t have the answer, she always makes the effort to find it.
