So loud you hear everything. If your neighbors have dog what barks every time when owner left or kids who always running down the corridor because their parents didn't tell them what respect of others mean - don't rent this place if you want Pease of mind! Because I heard my neighbors alarm at 6 am what woke me up LOL! Please if you still decided to move in check the whole place during 24 h to see any defects of the apartment!
The building have a jacuzzi what  kids sometimes use as a pool bcs again parents didn't tell them what's good and not good even if you are in hottub kids could jump around and will not let you calm down! It's true review! Try pay attention when you have an appointment with the manager on all this things I've written down

Great building with an amazing location!! I’m seeing a couples of bad reviews that obviously is coming from the same person who doesn’t accept that pets need to use back door to get out of the building.
This place has not competidor, prices are way cheaper than others building around the area, and in my case managment has been very helpful trough my move in process

Worst building and worse experience of my life. Melo group is a scam. The management is rude. They fine us for the smallest things. Building is cheap for rent but it’s all a set up. DO NOT MOVE HERE! No respect for the tenants.

I’ve lived here since they first opened , it’s a really nice building located in a great area , close to everything, amenities are very well maintained and clean. Management is the best 🤩

The management is horrible!! It WILL affect every aspect of you living here. You WILL be fined for the most basic things they will find a reason to fine you. The building is dirty all the time and the walls in the apartment are paper you will not sleep every time your neighbor will open their door or walk you will hear it. the most unfriendly pet building I ever lived in including if you have a service dog! anyone can walk into the building whenever they want no one cares for your safety. Terrible.
