The lady manager is soooo rude. Every single time that you ask her for something she has the worst attitude. Unpleasant to dealt with

Without a doubt one of the best places to rent in Miami. It is a very modern building, with a quiet atmosphere, and with incredible views. The staff is very friendly and professional, the attention and service are excellent.

The building facilities are perfect, the managers always solve any problem you have in your apartment, everyone is very attentive and friendly. They are always available for everything you need. Everything is positive.

Great building with an amazing location!! I’m seeing a couples of bad reviews that obviously is coming from the same person who doesn’t accept that pets need to use back door to get out of the building.
This place has not competidor, prices are way cheaper than others building around the area, and in my case managment has been very helpful trough my move in process

My experience at Urban 22 was absolutely horrendous, and I would strongly advise against renting here. When I moved in, I was greeted with a serious cockroach infestation. The problem only got resolved because I had to pay for an exterminator to come weekly—management refused to address it or take responsibility. It turned out that they had been using the unit as a hub for construction workers, who left empty cans, food, and trash around, attracting even more roaches. They denied this when I brought it up, but my neighbors confirmed it. The nightmare didn’t end there. The tenants above me repeatedly threw dog feces onto my balcony. I reported it to management, but they did nothing except claim they fined the tenants, which obviously didn’t stop the issue from continuing. The whole situation was disgusting, and management was completely unhelpful, rude, and dismissive.
To top it off, they expect you to repaint the entire apartment when you move out, or they’ll keep your deposit. This was never disclosed upfront, and it felt like a scam.
The management here is beyond unprofessional, and the entire building is poorly maintained. I’ve rented in multiple cities, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Urban 22.
