lucia and stephanie just want to take your money without even showing you the property, they tell you that the credit doesn't matter so you apply and then apparently it matters, bad organization, they played with my time for 16 days or more when they said it was from fast approval, they notify you by phone that you were not approved without giving you the result of your background check, or a letter with a specific answer, they are scammers. Not suitable for the lgbtq+ community, they will discriminate against you for that.

Bad customer service, you try to ask a question before anything and they already want you to submit an application without seeing the unit first. They want to see if you qualify first before showing. The lady that answer the phones is extremely rude.
