Venice Garden Apartments

The worst apartment I've never know about parking they even don't have parking for guest 😒 and they send cops for u to give u ticket when u park behind their apartment and they told u to park on the road for extra car , It's behind your apartment it's not on the road!!🤔??  they so heartlesssssssss

Stop, run away from here, if you want a place to live this is not the right place, 1. The Administration of this place is horrible, disrespectful and has little consideration for its residents
2. They don't allow you to have an extra car because they don't have capacity in their parking lot.
3. They don't allow you to have visitors because they don't have visitor parking
4. An expensive place for the non-existent facilities they have.

One of the most worse places to live!!!! They deny disabled tenants a parking space EVEN THOUGH it is included in the lease they took away my parents parking space because they became disabled and are not able to drive anymore. And they threaten to tow the cars that visit. They offer no visitors parking as well. This is ILLEGAL TO DISCRIMINATE AGAINST DISABLED PEOLPE ITS NOT RIGHT!!!!! I have pictures and proof of them Putting violation stickers my car. I can’t even visit my parents as much because of this. DON’T MOVE HERE!!!!!

I have been a tenant here since September of 2022, and I must say that I’am very happy that I was lucky enough to find this gem. The apartments are newly renovated, peaceful and quiet community, and management has been so very helpful since day one. Not to mention you’re conveniently located to the beach, expressways, malls, gym, etc.

Well
