Thieves keep the money from the guarantee and more than 2 times they tried to steal my rent payment deposit if I did not keep the copies of the money order they made me pay again now they kept 3,700 dollars claiming that I paid the rent late and I pay every 1st of each month, a lady works there who is the worst, many people in Villa Capri can't stand her but they turn a blind eye because they threaten to send you an eviction letter. I hope they take advantage of my money, evil people drive. this place I hope you read this post and also dare to write it don't stay silent

cheap place with cheap everything inside the staff is not knwowledgable and management is RACIST thats why so many people are moving out.  I have been here over 7 years and they just cleaned the roofs and sidewalks while using and raising tenants private light bill by having teh companies use tenants personal electricity! There is crime inside with no real security  DONT MOVE HER YOU WILL REGRET IT!
