Village Carver Phase 1

I Barbara Pollard Moved in Village Carver ll at 495NW 71 Apartment 616 I got along with all of  the tenant in the  building. Manager is Mrs.Kathy is truly awesome Assistant manager she was only here for 2 or 3 years. She is very helpful for whatever you need her to help you with. If you need anything to be  fixed  Mrs.Kathy will get the job done for you and when I see things  happen  I will report it to Mrs.Kathy Immediately.Yours truly

I have been a resident at Village Carver II since 2014. This apartment complex is home to the most vulnerable population within the community. The 55+ & older senior citizens from a rainbow of various cultures and ethnicity, are my neighbors. We take care of each other at Village Carver II. Since 2014 I have seen many changes in management / leasing office staff, however since the beginning of 2023 I have been affected by noticeable changes. The lack of / or delay in maintenance and care concerning the residents’ needs is nothing short of disgraceful. It is heartbreaking to witness a senior like me living in an environment that is unsafe and lacking basic amenities. We deserve so much better.
The management’s negligence and indifference to the needs of us elderly residents are simply inexcusable. It is their duty to ensure a comfortable, secure, and dignified living environment for these individuals, and they are failing miserably. Please hire more staff if the service request submissions are too many to handle.

Thus place I'd awesome don't believe the bad reviews. angry  evicted or did not make the cut to live here. Management is awesome.  As soon as you walk in you smell how clean every is kept. Staff is cordial professional and kind. The property manager and her staff have been so far the most organized small group of individuals I've ever met

I lived in those appts and the manager Gisella slept or continues to sleep with my husband, she is shameless and lacks everything. My husband was her maintenance worker and he had to change jobs. She made his life impossible.

This apartment complex has really gone downhill as you can see from old reviews to new reviews. The new manager Vanessa Erazo is terrible and has an awful attitude and is doing her best to get rid of a lot of old tenants. Trash chutes and laundry rooms are always filthy;  gym doesn't have any working equipment, sanitizer, or even paper towels to wipe down equipment, elevators hardly work and when they both work it doesn't last for even a month and yet the managers main focus is to tow cars. It's laughable at the point.

I live in phase 2 of village carver apartments the maintenance staff is effective but what makes this building work is our office staff where our manager and assistant manager two remarkable woman who are always willing to go out of their way to help with anything within the parameters of their job open door policy where we are free to express any concerns or just talk with them here in phase two it's that family atmosphere it's because our managers understand that this is more than just a job it's our lives that's what makes this and phase two so remarkable

Very dirty in nasty they don’t care to fix anything they getting paid to work 8 hrs n only work for 2 don’t come here to stay

The managers are very verrrryyyy disrespectful. Management does not repair this establishment. The elevators are always out of order/broken. People pets use the bathroom in the hallway because they cannot use the elevator. People in wheelchairs are stuck in their homes due to the broken elevator. Security is never on duty, honestly I have never seen them. Cars are constantly broken into and management is doing nothing about it. Visitors cars are constantly towed and they don't have an website to register guests' vehicles. I'm starting to think this is an inside job between management and the tow truck company. The fire rescue is on scene because someone is stuck in the elevator as I type this.

This place is poorly managed. They never mop the floors. I have visited over the last three months and the same stains are on the floor. The elevators are always broken. There is no security! Cars get broken into and management claims they are not responsible. There are only cameras on the first floor of the parking garage. This place and anywhere else under this company is a NO for me!!!
