Wake Biscayne Bay

Good morning, I am writing to talk about the great service they have given me at Wake Biscayne Bay. Mrs. María is very helpful, she helped me with everything I needed, thank God. Valeria showed me the apartment, very good service too.
And another girl who is serious but very kind too. The four of them helped me, they are spectacular, including the manager.

Good morning, the best service I have received in renting apartments was given to me by Wake Biscayne Bay. Idania, her manager, is incredibly spectacular, this woman. Thank God they helped me with everything.

The apartment pricing is high, but the people who work in the management office are the best!

I leave there for 3 years unfortunately, in 3 years the elevators never worked properly, it was only working most of the time and a lot time was down and there were not elevators at all, package got stolen every single day, at the point that Amazon cancelled my account because I had to many complaints of missing packages, the hallways were always dirty full of dog pee, the pool it’s always full of people who doesn’t leave there doing parties until 3am and doing any kind of drugs you can imagine, there is 0 security and all doors are open 24/7, I moved 4 months ago and they have never contacted me to refund my deposit, I have called multiple times and they never answer the phone, make your self a favor and stay away from this community, they only real reviews they have are the bad reviews the rest is fake.

What a beautiful place. Feels like home from the start with leasing team. The apartments are top notch. The customer service is A+. It has been a very pleasant experience RKW team. It is very centralized to many great places Miami International Airport, Port of Miami & Downtown. The entire process is very professional and simple. I can’t wait to move in to my new home 5 minutes from Miami Beach.

This place is absolutely amazing! All management and staff in general are always friendly and helpful!. Gorgeous views and beautiful lobby and amenities. Thank you guys to make it feel like a big family!

Amazing property and great location. The view from the pool is incredible! Leasing agents were amazing with the whole process and management has been great. So far this has been a great experience!

Valerie was so kind, helpful, patient, and caring. After almost 2 months of apartment hunting, Valerie provided wonderful customer service and lead me to my dream place! The view is absolutely breathtaking and I am incredibly grateful for it every time I wake up! You will see dolphins gliding and jumping, and the sunsets/sunrises are better than a movie. It is true island living. I would recommend asking for Valerie when coming to Wake Biscayne Bay!

Apartments with topnotch appliances and wood floor and interiors.
Friendly management staff in this community rental is a must to check if you consider renting in the North Bay Village in Miami Beach.
