#No Security #A lot noices in midle of the night at the Pool.
Pool open for everyone (no resident in the building) No access control. And people with loud music and talking in the night (10pm-5am) weekend always… 😓 sometimes Monday-friday. People make parties in the night!! It’s crazy!! I usually work in weekend and it’s hard work with poor rest ….
#The building and pool dont have security control.
#Maintenance , when you request a problem in the apartment, it shows completed in the app, but it wasn’t done.
Good things. The apartment has a good views and close to the school.
My recommendation, please close pool at 22pm and security in that time, people in weekend works, like me, and I need good rest in the night. Thanks! No parties at  8/9pm😓 it’s a residential building , no hotel or party place , here living families… kids go school , and people work…
Fire works at 10.30pm this it’s a regular day. Without security, people drink make parties…

Great staff

Don't waste your time, it's a terrible place. The apartments are full of cockroaches. It's not worth it. The hallways are very dirty and the cockroaches walk around in your house. It's infected. I really regretted living. Until I was finally able to leave, it was torture, no. waste your time or your money there are better places and this one is not worth it it is dirty bad service they steal your deposit when you want to leave the dogs urinate shit no one cleans the elevators always bad there is no camera or horrible security 🤮🤮

I didn’t want to write this review but I do not want someone else in my position. At first this building seems great online as it’s by the water, renovated, and an easy deposit. However, you will end up paying $2,700 for trash fees, amenities, sewer, water, and pest control. The original rent is supposed to be $2,500. On top of this, you’re paying $2,700 for:
1. No amenities. The only amenity are the pools.
2. Very dirty building. There is no security or oversight so animals pee and poop everywhere. The hallways and basement of pointe is very dirty and gross.
3. There is no security or camera oversight. Every door to each building is open 24/7. EVERY SINGLE DOOR.
4. The elevators do not work. There is only 1 working and the service elevator, so you have to take the stairs. The service elevator ceiling has been damaged for months but with no oversight, they never know when something is damaged.
5. There are cockroaches everywhere.
6. Gym doesn’t work.
I was promised that I would be able to leave my lease without penalty due to these issues and then they said I could not do that.
Take your money and go to a condo or another management. If you’re paying at least $2k, you should have amenities and a great building but this building is really bad.
The office ladies however are great individuals who are nice, and they deserve to work for a better management.

Acquired about moving in and turns out.. the gym has been closed for more than 5 months.. and they don’t even lower the rent for this issue. They don’t know when the gym will open. These companies take peoples money and the people don’t know the law. These companies are required to lower rent per law if it takes more than 3 months to reopen the gym and or other used spaces paid for via rent. Horrible
