Waterford Landing

I’ve lived in this area my entire life and Waterford Landing is by far the best community I have ever lived in. The community is well kept, clean, and inviting but I also want to take time to talk about the leasing office and staff. Vilma, Flora, and Jessie are extremely nice, personable, and helpful! Any time I’ve ever needed help with anything, they are quick to assist. I truly love living here and visiting the leasing office is always a pleasure! Not to mention, they always have the best snacks and warm drinks. If you’re interested in this community I’d highly recommend you to take a tour in person and see the units and all the awesome amenities for yourself :)

Me and my girlfriend moved in about 5 months ago. Flora was more than accommodating showing us multiple apartments. They also had a deal going on and we missed the deadline yet they still gave it to us. Me and my girlfriend absolutely love living here. The staff is easy to reach, they are accommodating. When Flora and Velma are the people that we usually talk to if we have any questions. They are nice and quick to respond. This property is always be taking care of. The neighbors here are nice. We hope to stay here for as long as possible. Thank you Flora and Vilma for all your hard work and dedication to make this place home for us!

We have been without air conditioning for more than 3 days .They need greater proactivity and empathy.

Waterford Landing Apartments made me feel like I was at home when I moved out of my home state. I looked at many apartments prior to moving to this one and Vilma was absolutely incredible to work with! She took so much time showing me apartments, speaking with me about any questions or concerns I had, and made me feel as though she genuinely cared. The maintenance staff were so kind and attentive to anything that needed taking care of. Management worked with me throughout renewal of my lease as well, as I lived there for two years. Overall, I had a really great experience and felt safe/ in good hands with the entire staff, especially Vilma. I would highly recommend working with her if you have the opportunity

Waterford Landing is a nice place to live, especially in the leasing office everyone is ready to help you with any issue, especially in my case, Mrs Florangel Torres who is always attentive to help the residents.

Property is amazing. The office team is welcoming and very helpful! Flora leasing agent showed us 2/2 very nice and answered all my questions. Super impressed by how professional and attentive to what we were looking for. Flora explained everything on the contract in detail. She gave us a tour of the whole property. The amenities are well kept and the complex is very quiet and nice. Looking forward to live at Waterford landing.

Excellent condo to live in, I highly recommend it 👍, I just moved to another remodeled apartment and I am happy with the location that Flora presented to us, she also helped me with the FPL transfer and renter's insurance. The maintenance is excellent 👌 and fast, every time I call the office there is always good attention to my requests.

I have been living here for 4 years and this place is cozy and quiet, the office and maintenance staff are very attentive, Flora is excellent, attentive to every detail and always willing to help us with whatever we have needed, thank you for your support. 100% recommended place
