I have been living here for a year and I have a wonderful experience so far. Management is great, Vilma and Flora are amazing. They give astonishing customer service. Always available when I need them. I plan on renewing for another year.

Idk why there are so many negative revie ...
Idk why there are so many negative reviews but I love this place, I am going on 2 years living here now and have no complaints! Maintenance comes so fast whenever there is an issue. The location is wonderful and everything you need is close by, Vilma is the best, always willing to help you out. I hope I get to call this home for a long time :)

A very good place. I have been living in Waterford Landing for 3 years and it is a very quiet community and all the service staff are excellent, as are the girls in the offices, very nice.
