Pros: great location and views Cons: cheap roof furniture that is already tearing less than 30 days of use, light fixtures above the pool that have not been secured, and frequent elevator malfunctions.
As a resident paying a premium to live here for the past 3 years, this does not feel like a luxury experience anymore. Many neighbors have moved out recently as well as the recent rent increase is not justified by the deteriorating facilities.
Update:
They continue adding additional fees and we cannot keep up with the cost. If you move here be prepared to add an extra $500-$1000 to your rent due to additional fees, some which border on predatory. I have lived in 5 rental communities since college and this is far the most corrupt/least responsive community I have ever lived in. DO NOT TRUST THEM. The pool is pretty though.
