From the first day we pulled into the neighborhood we felt right at home. Meeting with the property manager, Anthony, solidified that feeling tenfold. We met with Anthony and the first unit he showed us was the winner. The move in process was a breeze. We moved into a unit that was already available so we had met with Anthony towards the end of April and had the lease agreement signed and approval done for a move in date May 1.  Overall the whole team in the neighborhood management and maintenance are very attentive and absolutely wonderful

I’ve been a resident of Waterways Village for 5 years and have really enjoyed my time here. The property is located just before the end of a beautiful stretch of road surrounded by waterways (including a beautiful Marina/walkway) and lush greenery.  Management, especially Anthony, does everything they can to ensure the property stays in great shape, while battling the usual issues with some tenants (i.e, don’t pick up after their dog, park in other’s spots, etc). Maintenance (especially Doug) responds promptly to service calls and usually shows up the same day. I’ve never had an issue that was not resolved within 48 hours. Management is continuing to enhance the property with an improved parking system and building upgrades. Overall satisfied.

I moved from San Diego to Miami with my girlfriend to waterways village. It was a very hard move so many questions!!!!,  but Anthony and team always answered my calls and all questions I had promptly, set me up to get in my new spot since arrived 5am lol. Anthony gave me his personal number to call and always called me back and answers my questions. I put a lot of trust in Anthony and waterways village, again moving across the country! I could not be more satisfied with my move in experience, my place, attention to detail, the community….ETC. huge shout out to Anthony to make a complex move so much easier and less stressful and now I get to enjoy my new home and we are  pretty much neighbors. Thank you for a lovely experience now time for the pool   🏡🙏🤘😂
