Waverly At Surfside Beach

We rented a unit at the Waverly (9201 building) for 18 months. I can't say enough good things about the location, the building, and the great staff who run it! They are constantly cleaning and handling maintenance throughout the property. Office and maintenance are always easy to contact and will help with anything tenants need. You can't get any closer to the beach and just a few blocks to Surfside shops. Finally, we liked how "small" this building is compared to so many of the Surfside and Sunny Isles condo buildings. No congestion when coming/going, faces you recognize, etc.

This is great living lifestyle.  I love that is on the Ocean and a very well maintained building at the beach.

No elevator till the 2th floor

Classy place. Had our wedding party here, had our first child here. Moved out due to realtor Cecilia Renes heavily mismanaging the unit as we weren’t informed of humidity damage or the fact it was left abandoned for vet four years prior us moving in, the unit had a plethora of issues, but it wasn’t condominiums fault it was this mad realtor in charge of the unit causing us bad time, when the building had issues the manager Majela was always on point responding them, I miss her character, and  maintenance manager Ray was 5 stars, it’s the good peoples. They also promptly fired a staff member over being inappropriate, and they covered the damage costs of one of our cars when the building gate fell on the hood of it, the pools were always clean, and the buildings sparkly, in spite of my wedding ring being stolen by one of the realtors workers there, and having gone through emotional mayhem over it and eventually leaving the building over this realtor, I have only good words to say about the building itself, both the East and West, the neighbours and the continued friendships we’ve kept with the people we met there. Waverly will always have a special place in our hearts, dancing in our wedding till the moonlight. Hopefully you guys keep it up with the standards going forward, thank you for your service!
