Wilton House Apartments

Had my car broken into twice and my plants stolen twice out in front of my apartment. You have to have a key to get onto the property so I suspect it is someone who lives here. I HATE THIEVES AND LIARS!!

Beautiful AND Well Kept

BROKERS! This place scams agents and brokers with commision payments!
They say that they will send check after 30 of move-in
But when the time comes they simply say "We dont know who you are, dont call here ever again"
DISASTER FOR TENANTS AND BROKERS!

I moved here in February, it’s now April. Struggled to get in touch with management about fixing up a few things in my space; luckily I’m very patient and understanding that Wilton House Apartments were undergoing some issues with hiring & organizing. Today, I finally received help from Marilyn & Manny. Marilyn is very on top of everything while Manny gets the job done correctly. I look forward to seeing what will come with their management now!

Stay away from this complex unless you have no other option. Management will not return your security deposit. I moved out of this community on October 31, 2020. After several emails and phone calls, there has been no response from the Property Manager. To date, they still owe me 680.00. Not to mention; there are so many rats, snakes, and roaches on the premises they should be paying a portion of the rent. Update: The security deposit has been returned. It took them 3 months to return it.

It definitely gives racist vibes and like it not a very comforting environment feeling at all when you try to speak to them about a apartment but the property seems very nice and reserved.
