They are thieves and scammers who do a bad job and the tenant pays the consequences. I have been trying to renew the contract for a month. On several occasions I have gone to the office and it is always a different excuse. Anyway, when I had time to respond, they told me that I did not meet the requirements for renewal that I had to leave the apartment and the deposit was lost because I had not renewed the contract in time.

Unfortunately they have enough staff but they do not provide good service, they spend a long time in the cells. In the units the air conditioning is in poor condition and many other things. I could upload many photos, but they are disabled

I have family that live in one of these apartments and the neighbors keep leaving their dogs unattended and do not clean after they do their business in front of my grandmothers home. The neighbor states she “does not care and will continue to do it” and the office people have been notified but no actions have been done to fix this situation by the association.

In my building above my house live the least educated people I have ever met, I am an elderly person and his dog relieves himself in front of my house, I told him if I was going to pick him up and he told me with a bad attitude who has never done it and will never do it, how sad to live in a place with such poorly educated people! How sad, I have worked so hard in my life to live with uneducated people. My grandchildren come to visit me once a month and I always have dog pupu from my apartment, I'm already tired, they don't want to come see me anymore.

My mother lives there since 2019. Incredible service. Last week my mom's A/C broke, it was Monday night and Maintenance was there immediately after we called  the emergency number. My mother started her renewal process and we went to the office today.  Property Manager was incredibly helpfull and polite. I highly recommend this community

My mother has lived in these apartments for a few years and she has had problems with the air conditioning for some time now, the equipment is useless, very old and always broken, she has never stopped paying her rent, she has always done it on time, therefore It is the staff's obligation to attend to her and fix the defective things inside her apartment. Today the air does not work. She is tired of calling and does not answer and the office staff did not solve her problem. She is asthmatic and yesterday He had to go to the hospital because of the lack of air in the house because of the immense heat. I hold the owners of this property responsible for the health problems that my mother may have due to the lack of air due to the broken air conditioning equipment and I also take this complaint to offices higher than you, I hope for a quick response
