My opinion and experience about the work that Yosvani, the maintenance guy, did in my apartment is very good, the guy was very kind and committed to his work because he had to work hard to finish it on time. Very grateful for your good work. The truth is very grateful and I recommend it 100%

Management staff in this community is aw ...
Management staff in this community is awesome, as well as maintenance staff, especially Miguel, he is always working hard since early in the morning making sure property is clean, whenever there is a maintenance issue he always takes care of it in a timely manner, just wanted to show appreciation writing a review

I have lived here for 3 years. I appreciate the attention and every time I place a maintenance order it’s always taken care very fast. The maintenance guy Miguel works very hard and is always nice and friendly. He follows up with residents to make sure everything is working properly.

They are thieves and scammers who do a bad job and the tenant pays the consequences. I have been trying to renew the contract for a month. On several occasions I have gone to the office and it is always a different excuse. Anyway, when I had time to respond, they told me that I did not meet the requirements for renewal that I had to leave the apartment and the deposit was lost because I had not renewed the contract in time.

Unfortunately they have enough staff but they do not provide good service, they spend a long time in the cells. In the units the air conditioning is in poor condition and many other things. I could upload many photos, but they are disabled
