A place already worn by time but clean...👍

I am an owner and the building infested with roaches and nothing has been done to resolve have made many complaints for over a year.

I love it but elevator creek

Roaches Everywhere!!! Lived here for a year and moving.
I rent from an owner so I don’t deal with the management.
The Building needs to be power washed and painted.
The elevator seems to break often.
The laundry room is very hot and doesn’t have an extractor.
1 parking lot included; an additional is $150 a year.
Rent went up $300 per month.
Units are old and “renovated”.
Fire alarm goes off sometimes and it’s nonstop all day.
Waste container are on the street/parking lot and they stink up the surroundings.
Gated complex with visitors parking ($5) overnight.
Area is walkable and everything is nearby.

I used to live at this property last year. Don’t let a nice redone apartment fool you. The property is full of roaches. Doesn’t matter what you do, you can’t get rid of them. The manager Odin is super rude and doesn’t do his job. Most of the time he’s not even at the office.

Very rude management. Giving away wrong parking spots for the new residence . Unorganized with emails and car information, where my car was towed because of somebody’s mistake. Highly NOT recommend to buy or rent. You would need to deal with endless headache and clueless people all day long.
