We've been living at Wynwood Bay for ove ...
We've been living at Wynwood Bay for over a year now, and overall, it’s been a good experience. Our apartment is quiet, and while we’ve had a few minor issues here and there, nothing out of the ordinary. Maria and the maintenance team are always helpful and usually take care of things within a reasonable time. One thing that could make the experience even better is having more staff. It’s a big building, and a little extra help with maintenance and general support would go a long way. That said, the team does a great job keeping the place clean every day, and honestly, some of the mess around the property comes from tenants, not management.
All in all, it’s a nice place to live, and we appreciate the effort the staff puts in to keep things running smoothly.

The management is progressively getting ...
The management is progressively getting worse. Whatever you do, DO NOT move into this building!!!
The appliances are of poor quality and constantly need to be fixed/replaced. Management refused to help and is extremely rude.
The management team keeps changing and are a bunch of disrespectful, condescending clowns who cannot do their job of managing the building.
The building is NOT worth the price tag.
Smells like trash with trash overflowing (see photo attached)
Look elsewhere!!!

My washing machine has been broken for over 6 months.
My stove had been broken for over 5 months. Now a kitchen drawer has been broken for almost a week. I submit a maintenance request as a part time job now - every day!
24/7 maintenance that you claim to provide is a blatant lie!
Let’s see if reviews will be more effective than your maintenance request portal.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS “luxury” building. The only “luxury” is an outrageous price tag.

Both Maria, Manny, and Abraham are amazing. BUT the apartment units are constantly breaking down. Staff is constantly quitting or getting fired.

COCKROACHES !!!! Building Fail to resolv ...
COCKROACHES !!!! Building Fail to resolve the cockroaches issue for over 2 months. Its absolutely INSANE. I pay $3300 to be terrified to sleep. I sent 100s of pictures to building management I will hold them accountable
