Loved this building until major construction. Constant noise, construction everywhere you look, no amenities, broken elevators, fire alarm testing, the list goes on. If you value peace and quiet it’s impossible to live here. Sad because it’s a great building otherwise!

The staff and community in this building are exceptional. However, the building has been undergoing significant construction which has resulted in extremely loud noise for tenants from early morning to afternoon. On top of that, the fire alarm goes off nearly every single day in the morning. If you are someone who works from home and values peace and quiet, I can unfortunately not recommend living here. I sincerely hope management takes steps to address these issues moving forward.

This place used to be one of my favorite buildings in Brickell, but the new management team is an absolute nightmare. They are completely redoing things unnecessarily and are impossible to get ahold of. We've been plagued by construction noises for over a year now, from 9 - 4 every weekday. Elevators constantly break. Absolutely terrible. Our household is trying to get out of this apartment but no one is buying because they can see how terrible this investment is.

Constant harassment from management don't live here. People who know board members who live here treat people horribly to

Comfortable, safe and friendly place

Great staff who work at the building, some of the nicest people but extremely poorly built resulting in ongoing construction that will frustrate you beyond belief.  Would not recommend if you work from home, have kids, a pet, or like peace and quiet.
