SoMa at Brickell Apartments

I have lived for 2 years at SOMA and really enjoyed it - it has everything that I need for a comfortable living experience. It's not "luxury", but for the price point and location I am content with what it is. The staff are all incredible and very personable. Yes, sometimes there are little inconveniences - amenities like grills don't get fixed in a timely manner, the security gates don't work, etc. Also, the rent went up over 25% from year 1 to year 2 (which was a result of the overall theme of Miami price gouging). But overall, I am happy here.

Excellent apartments in terms of quality-price. The common areas are well maintained and great to use on a daily basis. The area is ideal, right on the edge of Brickell, a two-minute walk from the Metromover and 10 minutes from Brickell City Center. The staff is very nice and attentive. Any problem they are willing to help. In my case, Kevin has treated us wonderfully from the signing of the contract to the day to day with excellent attention.

Kevin, the leasing agent at Soma At Brickell, was incredibly helpful throughout the leasing process. He provided excellent guidance and made the whole experience seamless. I'm in love with my spacious apartment. The location in Brickell is fantastic, with easy access to everything the area has to offer. Additionally, the amenities provided by Soma At Brickell are great. I love the 24-hour gym which has a lot of equipment that you don’t really need a gym membership. I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here!

This place is very very good. The location, the building and the apartments are huge! Kevin helped me and let me tell you.. HE IS THE BEST! His attention to details and the way he takes care of everyone of my needs is just superb. If you want a good place to move to in the heart of Brickell this is it! Great job guys!

One of the few affordable places I was able to find in the Brickell area that is decent. Agnes and Kevin in the leasing office are very helpful. I'd like to highlight that Kevin has been very helpful and attentive throughout the whole entire process. He has made sure that every request is attended to in a timely manner. When I was first looking into leasing with Soma he even let me know about an even better unit than the floor plan I had originally selected. My recommendation would be to ask for Kevin if you can!

The property is in the heart of Brickell and within walking distance to everywhere. But most importantly, Kevin's kindness and professionalism. Kevin is someone who can answer all your questions, find the solutions and doing this with good manners and courtesy. If there are more than 5 starts, it is definitely given.

I've been living at SoMa for over 4 years now and can honestly say it's been one of my best living situations in Miami. It's just easy to live here. It's a quiet building, the parking is easy, maintenance crew responds to any issues quickly and efficiently, and I use the pool/grill setup on the rooftop regularly. Alex, the manager of the building, is great. I recently decided to move from my current apartment and into a new unit in the building. Alex has made this transition painless. I appreciate he and his team!

I had an outstanding experience with the staff at Soma. Their assistance was not only incredibly helpful but also marked by courtesy and a warm welcome. I want to give a special shoutout to Agnes, who went above and beyond in guiding us through the entire process of securing our apartment and making the move-in seamless.
