Outstanding Experience at Soma at Brickell As a recent resident of Soma at Brickell, I cannot express how impressed my girlfriend and I have been with the exceptional service we received, especially from Kevin, one of the leasing professionals. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine care went far beyond our expectations and deserve the highest recognition.
Our journey began during a stressful time, as we had less than a week to find and move into a new apartment. Soma at Brickell was on our list to visit, and we arrived at the property on a Saturday, earlier than our scheduled appointment due to a conflict in our schedules. Unfortunately, the leasing office was temporarily closed as the on-duty professional was away at lunch.
While trying to locate the office, Kevin, who was not scheduled to work that day, noticed us looking a bit lost and approached us. After listening to our situation, he graciously stepped in to assist us, even though it was his day off. Kevin didn’t just direct us to the leasing office, he personally took the time to tour us around the property, answer all our questions, and guide us through the entire application process.
This level of commitment and service is truly rare. Kevin’s willingness to help, even on his off day, speaks volumes about his character and professionalism. He made what could have been a stressful experience seamless and enjoyable. Thanks to Kevin’s help, we were able to apply, finalize the details, and move into our new home all within our tight timeline.

Great location, good amenities. One of the high points is the responsiveness and level of service of Tori Holbrook at the front desk. She has been immensely helpful to me on many occasions dealing with various things.

The property management team was very helpful in the beginning, but once I was disqualified due to my international income, communication became frustratingly difficult. Reaching out about my security deposit refund was a challenge—I kept receiving emails from different people, and no one seemed committed to resolving the issue. However, I want to give a huge five-star review to Tori! The level of patience and dedication was truly outstanding. Every step of the way, there was a genuine effort to help and ensure I got my money back, making a frustrating process so much easier. I couldn’t have asked for better support. Thank you, Tori!

I have lived at SOMA for over a year and couldn't be happier. My experience here has been wonderful so far. Kevin and the administrative / facilities team have been great . The location is perfect for me with grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, & nightlife just steps away. The amenities are top notch and areas are always clean. They even provide monthly social events for all tenants which is one of the nice perks. This past year (2024) they put brand new rugs on all floors and painted all interior walls. I took a chance on choosing this property despite the mixed reviews and I am very glad I did. Are there some issues? Yes, a few like in most places but the positive definitely outweighs the negative and they always try to handle as soon as possible. Most issues are caused by current tenants living here...  I just signed my lease renewal so that should tell you how much I like it here. Thanks SOMA team!
