10X Fort Lauderdale

Great looking building but: Only very new residents give good reviews because they still do not know about all issues. There are many people who have added their reviews but they do not live in 10 X Fort Lauderdale.
10X also has small investors who most of them live in 10X buildings including in this one and they add positive reviews anyways for their own interests!
Short term vacation (nightly) rentals in all part of the building and no any kind of day or night guards or camera! No camera works! They do not run any background check on short term rentals! We get people from all over the world! May residents items have bee stolen (motorcycle, cars, bikes,...) from their yard or from the parking just under the cameras (that are not working).
The office employees do not know they are here at least partly to serve residents when they have issues! They are asked (by their manager who may have been asked by the owner) to use some of the residents (2 or 3) who are police officers to deal with residents' complaints! When you complain for example about noise,.., then a resident who is a county police officer and has no official tasks by the police office to deal with the 10X building affairs,  comes with their uniform and weapon and tells you: " this is a multifamily building, if you are not happy buy a house!" That was my exact personal experience about 2 weeks ago! This is not legal and we are in the process of reporting officers and the building to the county!
Office workers and their manager keep amenities in their offices for their personal use while residents are looking for them. That includes gym material like dumbbells...! The worse is that these material are exposed behind the window of their offices and all residents walk to the office see them but none dare complaining because they could be penalized for other things (like charging too highly when they move out). It is a climate of fear and unprofessional habits of office workers and the owner knows as we have communicated the issues!
The building is made of extremely cheap material and amplifies noise. Even walking normally makes your downstairs neighbor knocking on the wall to tell you that you make noise!
If you use amenities that are supposed to be for residents as they are accessible on the walls and other area with their remote controls or control buttons like TV, audio,... they will ask you to do not touch the control buttons for sound,... and ask employees to change a TV channel or audio volume! Ridiculous! Even more ridiculous if you ask the office workers to do s, they will tell you that only the manager is able to do so! There are a lot of similarity between how they treat residents and how they treat prisoners in movies! They are paid by us to make this place a residential place where we could focus on work, business,...! But you will spend hours to get one page printed as their printers are always out of ink or paper!
We have one community door that only opens with a fob and another one that is always open and is used by many homeless people who sleep every night at the pool area and in the pool restrooms!
Roaches in many area of the building and I believe the management has lost against them! I will soon add pics of roaches!
Packages have been lost in the locker room. The latest was a credit card stolen AND used!
Residents now pay for water used in the whole building (the  expenditure to run the business). (NEW) We will also pay for common area electricity $30 per month per person!
Update: As I have decided to speak out about this building, I share as promised above some pictures with roaches in some areas of the building.
I hope this review helps the current residents and will make the owner and the management company react before many residents move out!

I’ve experienced residing at 3-4 apartments in FLL but I haven’t found anything as worth as 10X living. Had a couple problems with some appliances but they were replaced with literally new ones. Extremely satisfied.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to kadene for making my moving in process easy and possible, especially after having such a hard time finding a place when I lost all hope . I appreciate all the help and and love  how gorgeous my one bedroom is. Thank you to the staff and especially Kat who made it possible to find my new home….signed by a-happy  tenant  here 😍

Nice place

This will be the 3rd 10X property we moved into. We lived in Miami 10X as well as Las Olas. Now we are moving to the FT Lauderdale location. This will be the second location that we will have the pleasure of being in a location where Rene Rivera is managing. During our stay at Las Olas Rene was absolutely hands on and always concerned about our experience. As a retired Army veteran it was refreshing to have someone like Rene and his staff acknowledge veterans. He made our stay simply amazing. Now moving into the FT Lauderdale location soon we are excited knowing that he is at the helm here as well. We worked with Kadene the day we were given a tour and she was just as wonderful.
We can’t say enough about the sense of community the staff provides. Thanks for all you have done and all you continue to do Rene!

A great place with a great location great atmosphere great people and amenities a great place to call home

What a grate place to visit, if you are looking for a grate place to stay 10x living is it. 👍🏠💯

We've lived here for a few months and everyone that works here has been incredibly kind and accomodating. The community manager Stephanie has been incredibly supportive in the move in and application process and she's gone above and beyond when it comes to making sure we're happy with our living experience. My expecations have been exceeded with support from the team and they make the environment here feel like a great home.

A few kind words for a kind person who always maintained a professional standard any organization would love to have. Stephanie Bottfeld will be missed her at 10X Fort Lauderdale. She was always had a good disposition, helpful, and solutions oriented to me and Talia. We wish her the best in all her future endeavors. All the best Stephanie!!!
