The subsets are gorgeous! Business center is quiet and comfortable with private meeting areas. We had a comfortable baby shower in the big room🩵

Very unsafe building, huge fights after ...
Very unsafe building, huge fights after hours due to no front desk or security. Leasing office never answers. Dogs use the elevators to go to the bathroom. No guest parking after 10pm. Unsafe parking for residents. Overpriced units no maintenance as they do not care. You will be ignored the day you move in! Dirty building with stolen packages and irresponsible pet owners in the elevators. Not to mention people pulling the fire alarm on Christmas and new years hurting our ear drums for hours!!!!! Avalon Fort Lauderdale is the worst Avalon property.

I recently toured the facility and I was amazed on how it look and smelled cleaned. Happier when I saw the Pet spa; my little girl will love it. The staff Mauricio and Nick were a pleasure to meet. I hope my transition works out.
