It's great to know when you need help on a maintance issue for tenant concern the  staff of Port Royale have your back.  Our staff works hard to ensure we all live in a safe, clean, well maintained property. From the management office staff, Scott Finkelstein and Danny Sassetti do their best to help you with your issues and concerns.  From the gate security staff, rental and management staff they all deserve a thank you for a job well done.
Also, make sure to use our Water Taxi stop located at the Port Royale Marina.  This is one killer add to the property amenities.   Enjoy your week to everyone from a satisfied tenant.  Great job!

I recently moved into the 10X community, and from the moment I stepped into the leasing office, it felt like home! I couldn't have asked for a more fantastic leasing agent other than Daria—she was so informative, helpful, and genuinely kind, making the entire process a total breeze. Daria truly puts her tenants as top priority! After just 2 weeks here, I can confidently say this place is amazing, it's safe, stunning views, and clean. The friendly staff and wonderful neighbors make it even better. having a 24/7 gym is a plus, and the security team is top-notch, ensuring that only approved visitors can enter.

We really liked the tour that Jessica gave us and we decided to move to this community

I had an issue with my A/C unit, and Danny in the leasing office made sure that it was dealt with accordingly and in a timely manner. There was a tech at my door within the hour after I spoke with him in the office (even though it was the end of the day) and the entire service was completed within a few days, which was impressive given the level of work that was needed. I’m very impressed with the attention-to-detail provided by the staff here.

We worked with Jessica Tondro. Very professional and fast work. She made a tour of the territory and showed all the advantages of the community. My wife and I really enjoyed it. Our approval was received in the shortest possible time. and we signed the contract, the next day we moved in.

I am not one to normally leave reviews but I am beyond grateful to have found such a beautiful community where every person that works in the leasing office meets you with such warmth and respect. I had the pleasure of working with the leasing manager Danny.  His level of kindness, understanding, efficiency, and professionalism is bar none. He has made the transition moving to a new place seem a lot less scary and really went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I wanted/needed with my unit.
So, if you want to live in a slice of paradise that feels peaceful, safe, and has the best staffed leasing office- look no further. Welcome home.
