10X Port Royale

I have to admit, I am so pleased with my experience at 10X Port Royale. I noticed that there is a gate and a gate attendant checking who you are before you enter into the property, it is full of lush landscape, the grounds are kept nice, and just with the positive experience with the gate attendant I could already tell I was going to love it. I spoke with a few residents walking their dogs who told me how much they loved it there and they have only been there for four months. The property is huge, and the fact that it is pretty much waterfront living is so attractive.
Let me mention how incredible my leasing agent, Olivier was throughout my very fast approval process. He gave me a chance to do a same day tour, taking the time out of his schedule to accommodate me. We did a tour throughout the pools, the clubhouse, the onsite dog park, and the 1 bed 1 bath. I loved the space in the 1 bed one bath and although the apartment I chose is not renovated, it was still VERY spacious and I liked that it is on the second floor.
Olivier was so professional, so sweet, and so knowledgeable of this property that I knew I was making the right decision. The positive reviews are honestly on point with how Olivier is. He is amazing at what he does and makes you feel right at home.
There is so much walking space for me and my dog and I loved the gym and the pools!!! Also, the water taxi can pick you up right where you live, how cool is that? It's quite affordable as well! The area is safe, the grounds are kept nice, and there really are some amazing amenities. I am blessed to call 10X Port Royale my new home in the next week! Thank you Olivier!!

Such a beautiful community to live in! Located right on the water I couldn’t ask for a better view. I’m so appreciative of the management and leasing team in helping me find the best unit that fits my needs.Olivier is always so helpful and kind and always has a smile on his face! I have enjoyed living here and always recommend it to family and friends. Big thank you to the management team as well for always being available to assist me!

Matthew and Olivier the two managers who work in the office are pleasant to work with. They helped out getting us in a nice ground floor unit place right by the pool and hooked us up with a deal on moving in. Oliver assisted me over the phone with a technical issue It’s a quiet community right off the inter coastal with great amenities. Would suggest to anyone.

Danny Sassetti was great to work with! Always very responsive and was able to get me into my apartment by my requested move in date. The place is perfect too. Thank you Danny!

Danny is the best at 10X Port Royale. Anything I need he is here for me! When I moved in he was always able to be reached quickly and he is very efficient at his job. Not to mention, he is very friendly when I see him around the community. Love him And the community!

The leasing office is always very attentive and helpful. They have gone above and beyond to ensure my happiness within the development. As well as, I have had a wonderful experience with the maintenance staff as they are easy to contact and respond quickly to inquires. Overall, the grounds are beautiful and I have had a great experience living here!
