Great safe quiet place to live

How is possible that they don’t let pets, i wanted to visit a friend and they say is forbidden and needed to drive back 20 Mins to let my pet back. Disaster, we live in 21 Century, pet’s are part of family. Change your rules!!

I was thinking of buying a unit here, but with so many negative reviews, I'm having second thoughts. Are the problems still going on?

Seeing a lot of bad reviews here and I have to say many are way off base.  I have lived here for 11 years and I often say this was one of the best decisions I ever made.  Many of the problems listed are things that were made clear to everyone BEFORE they moved in.  Yes, there is only 1 parking space per unit and that is just the way it is.  If you do not want to live in a community with rules then a condo is not for you.  I try to keep to myself but I think my neighbors are kind and respectful for the most part. I am happy with the current BOD performance in what I consider a thankless job.  Great location and a quiet community.

I was really excited about the prospect of purchasing a property in this area, but after reading through so many negative reviews, I ultimately decided against it. I just can't wrap my head around why the board of directors responsible for this place is still in power. To all the individuals who took the time to leave those negative comments, have you considered running for a position on the board? It seems like you have some great ideas for how to improve the situation. We need to be proactive and take action to remove any bad actors from positions of power.
