10X Riverwalk

Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for the elevators each day. 1 out of the 2 elevators have been broken for well over a month and they refuse to keep the residents update or fix them.

I live in 4 West and my balcony is close enough to rooftop i could have a conversation with someone there. If you live in this area expect noise, that is part of living downtown.  There are buildings a couple blocks away that will be quieter.  I personally enjoy being able to walk 50 feet and have lunch or grab a drink at The Wharf, Bodega, Township, Rooftop all less than a 1/2 block.  To paraphrase Jay Z, “noise is always loud, there are sirens all around”, it aint for everybody.
Pool is one of the best views ive ever seen, wish it had a hot tub.
Community room is incredible, gym is nice needs a cable pull down machine though.
Oh and whoever decided not have a water / ice dispenser in a luxury apartment condo should be hung up.  I mean really ????  Ive had several friends comment on that.
Update:  elevator has been down for over 4 weeks and they cant seem ti fix a weight room bench.
To owner; I did reach out numerous times.  It has been at least 3 months maybe 6.  I ever showed it to maintenance and person downstairs.  They keep telling me it needs a part.  — why reply here but not when we directly ask?  Is this the best way to contact you?
Fwiw:  maintenance in the units is great!
How expensive is a bench??

Great place to explore and get a casual bite or drink. Plenty of places by the river to escape to for an hour or so. Salud!

This is a great place to stay, this past December I was there with my family and it was a great experience, especially because of the attention, the concierge is so friendly and diligent, he always has a great attitude and is willing to help you with whatever you need 😊

While at 10x, one of the best parts about my experience was the encounters with concierge. Edwardo, better known as Blas, was always helpful during my time there. A great character and professional.

I was moving to Ft Lauderdale and needed an apartment, I went to Riverwalk and Kaley greeted us and she was amazing, she gave us all the details of the building and what to do in Fort Lauderdale and helped us get a great deal on a beautiful unit, thank you Kaley you were incredible!

Friendly and knowledgeable. Dropped by early for an appointment and was greeted warmly. Lovely place with friendly residents!
