I love living in The Registry. The whole journey of finding a new home has been amazing so smooth Katherine Ashley Laura Taini and Viktoria were great. The tour was informative and great. The registry really has the you’re home vibe.

I recently had the pleasure of leasing an apartment at The Registry in Fort Lauderdale and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I inquired about availability to the day I moved in, the process was seamless and stress-free. A special thank you to Katherine, who assisted me throughout the rental process. She was absolutely amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring I found the perfect apartment. Katherine took the time to answer all my questions, provided detailed information about the amenities, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Her friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable.
The apartment itself is modern, well-maintained, and equipped with great amenities. The community is clean, secure, and conveniently located, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking for quality living in Fort Lauderdale.

Carlos is truly the heart of The Registry. From the moment you step into the building, his warm smile and welcoming demeanor make you feel at home. He goes above and beyond to ensure every resident's needs are met, whether it's arranging deliveries, helping with special requests, or providing local recommendations. Carlos's
professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care create a sense of community that is hard to find elsewhere. He's not just a concierge-he's a friend and problem-solver. The Registry is lucky to have him, and so are we!

Not a resident of the Registry, however, was in the area and had a few questions. I was warm fully greeted by concierge Mika, who was very kind and helpful with answering my questions. The place itself looked very elegant. I would definitely recommend to others.

I’ve been living at The Registry for about 2 years now and the customer service is always  great and reliable. The neighbors and employees are very friendly. Mika, who is at the 1st floor front desk, is super sweet and thoughtful! I really enjoy the environment here.
