The Registry Las Olas

I was hesitant at first as I have never lived in an apartment. We visited several places but this was hands down the best experience received compared to the other nearby locations. The team is friendly and always willing to help. The building is consistently being cleaned and painted. There are plenty of areas that you can work from if you need a break from the apartment. The building is big but you don’t run into people often. Many times i travel in the elevator by myself so it gives you the sense of privacy. The fitness center has all the basic machinery and it is never full of people, there’s a nice flow. I am able to walk my dog at ease. So far it has been an amazing experience. We love the tranquility in our apartment and surprisingly enjoying the city feeling. We are on Las Olas but not in Las Olas. That same space between us and Las Olas makes a great difference as we feel at peace here which we did not expect but less then a minute away from great restaurants, boutique stores, art galleries and the beach. Thanks to the wonderful staff for your hospitality and caring of the building. Plus we have experienced this amazing sunset with many more to come.

Started off great…. Until you live here and realize how much is wrong with this place. Don’t move here. 1. Noise is atrocious, even on a top floor the construction echoes loudly all hours of the day and night.
2. Traffic in the area is horrible, good luck getting anywhere between 2-7pm the street in front of the building is constantly jam packed.
3. Parking here is a complete joke. If you live in a 2x2 with a room mate only one of you can have a parking spot, the other has to pay $200 a month to let a valet company park your car. And if they damage your car good luck getting anybody to take accountability for it because neither the building or valet company will. Why they made 32 floors and 8 floors for parking with not enough spaces for residents and guests is beyond me. .
5. Enjoy waiting 3 full minutes to fill any cup of water you own from your fridge dispenser, probably the slowest water dispenser I’ve ever seen in my life.
6. Leasing office as a whole is passive aggressive and not accommodating what so ever. Will is the only decent person in that place, anybody else you deal with is horrible.

Beautiful building and great amenities. We’ve been living here for two months. Always very clean, pleasant atmosphere, organized, maintained and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The building’s location is very convenient. Special thanks to our manager, William Gomez, who gave us an amazing tour, helped us choose our apartment. A true professional and nice, always available, and efficiently assisted with all the paperwork and moving process!

It is great to have an app where you can upload any issue and have a management team behind to solve it!

William was extremely helpful and made me comfortable from the first time I visited, and continued to be responsive and help me throughout my move-in process.  Nicole is also an incredible asset to the the staff at The Registry.   The people who manage the building make it an excellent place to live.

I would like to thank William and the team at Willow Bridge for making my move to the The Registry Las Olas a carefree experience.  The management and maintenance staff are very responsive and my apartment and building amenities are wonderful too.

My experience at the Registry thus far has been exceptional. The move in process was smooth. William in the leasing office was incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns I had before and just after move in. In particular, there was a bit of a concern over whether my unit would be ready for the move in date, which would have thrown a great deal of my plans into a flux. However, William helped me greatly with this and ensured my move in date would not be delayed. Overall, this is the greatest community I’ve lived in, especially in terms of the professionalism and courtesy of the staff.
