The most unprofessional and RACIST place I ever visited in my life. If you want to waste your time and have an unpleasant experience go there. Remember Be careful when eating fish and telling lies".

I lived here for 2.5 years and had a mixed experience. I loved the apartments -- particularly the renovated one, as they are clean, new, spacious, and well-built. I particularly loved the location, as it was walking distance to the center of Brickell, without having to deal with the traffic or noise. It's an amazing deal for the area that it is in. The maintenance staff was amazing and kind. That being said, this is not a "luxury" building -- the pool is decent, the gym is small, there is no package service or other amenities. The elevators or gates are often down, and the first floor (luckily not me!) has had to deal with repeated flooding issues.
Additionally, the LLC management team was a nightmare. Luckily the staff on-site (Auri and Iso) were patient and helped us navigate them, and I appreciate them greatly.
Overall, I loved my apartment but some of the experiences we had would make me hesitant to live here in the future.

I did not enjoy living here

They are luxury apts, spectacularly quiet with a view of Maryville and 10-star service. I highly recommend them.
