I took a tour with Edwin and he did a great job, I would recommend him to anyone thinking of taking a tour of the apartments. Also a very neat and great community.

Good building to live. Good gym and yoga ...
Good building to live. Good gym and yoga room. Great pool. Neighborhood is no good, but the area is very convenient and centralized. There still some security issues but I think management will figure them out eventually as the residents have been very vocal About it.

Suri is the best! We ended up deciding on a place in Edgewater, but the Arte Grand Central has everything you could want for a comfortable, price-conscious apartment complex with modern amenities and great staff. Suri showed us the building, provided fantastic advice on local hot spots, and brought the best energy of any apartment guide I have met. And I have met many in Miami! She gave us different options (1bd, 2bd) and great pricing, while being warm, high energy, and just fantastic overall.
I highly recommend the apartment complex. Awesome pool, gym, cold plunge, sauna, shared working areas, and cozy living spaces. If you work in Overtown, Downtown, or even Brickell, it's worth the trip to see it. Ask for Suri!

Suri and Jason are the BEST!! Made me at ease with the high stress of moving. Had a quick turnaround time for the application as well and they made me feel I am finally home😎
