Pros: •The lake provides an amazing view and there is a sidewalk that winds along it.
•Stairs and an elevators are available, the elevator closest to me didn't break the entire time I was here
•There's a pool
•Lots of cute ducks and other birds roaming around outside
Cons:
•Small laundry rooms
•One of the parking areas can be challenging to enter/exit for tenants and delivery/taxi service drivers
•No visible on-site office
•Management is inconsistent and poor at common to tenants
•Duck excrement covers the sidewalks at all times

This is a great place to live. I lived here about 5 years ago but just recently moved back here again. I know this is a very safe place to live. Our parking lot is very well lighted. I live here with my daughters and we are so happy to live here in this building.  The president who took over 5-6 years ago. (Kathy). Has made some many beautiful changes.  The landscaping is gorgeous.  The new color of the building  is beautiful and bright. I love the color. Whenever something is broke it gets repaired right away. She even put a brand new elevator in. So many wonderful things have been done here since I moved away. I'm so happy to be back here again. I know more beautiful things are coming. Thank you Kathy for your hard work keep it up.

The president is changing the place up to make it a better place and overall a nice place to live.

Nice place to live

The place is most of the time dirty. The association is a joke. The washers and dryers are always broken. The elevator always has problems. One time it was out of order for almost a year. They do not care if you are disabled or old.

Very clean and well maintained
