This is by far the worst place I have ever lived,  PLEASE DO NOT LIVE AT AVENTURA OAKS. I GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO, I only put one star simply because the lowest star google allows is 1. They are liars, unprofessional, and hand out evictions like water. The place is unsafe, I have lived at Aventura Oaks for a year before I moved out, and there have been multiple car breaks ins, cars stolen, tires stolen, and the place is filthy. The office staff ARE LIARS, The maintenance and office staff, even the pest control man will enter your apartment unannounced, with their key. They will only knock once and if you don’t get to the door quick enough they will enter with their key without permission, and they do this even when you’re not there. I found out they entered my apartment without my permission because I put in an order for maintenance to come and bring me an AC filter and I asked them to wait until I was home to do so, I came home and saw the filter already inside my apartment. I went downstairs and asked why was the filter inside my apartment and I was told by maintenance that he already put it for me. After I told the office staff including maintenance not to enter my apartment while I wasn’t there. I have had anxiety living here because at the time living here, I was living by myself, so can you imagine as a woman how I felt worrying constantly who would come into my apartment while I was there? At any time? I had to get a dog to stop them from coming in. The tenants at Aventura oaks were pleasant but the office staff and anyone that works at Aventura oaks as a whole, are really evil people. God don’t like ugly and people that do evil to others, God will surely repay. I was absolutely overwhelmed living here at Aventura oaks, they sell you a dream before you move in but it’s a nightmare once you live there. I have seen so many tenants come and move out while I was there within a year. The atmosphere living there is not welcoming, it’s very hostile, these people are money hungry, and will charge you for even breathing. There are too many things wrong with this place to list but I say this: PLEASE, I REPEAT, PLEASE DO NOT LIVE AT AVENTURA OAKS. ALSO PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS. I do not want anyone to go though what I went through while living here, If you want to live in hell, go ahead, but please be warned. God bless you🙏🏽

Live here if you want your guest to get towed each time they come over, especially on a Saturday at 5pm... ridiculous place.
