Aventura Oaks

I moved here two years and a half ago. Lili is the property manager who is committed to the residents at Aventura Oaks. She understands that this is people’s livelihood and place of living - she’s all about the experience and helps as much as she can when a problem arises. Overall the place has many wonderful amenities - pool, dog park, open space and a lovely lake view.
There are strict guest parking rules - as long as you follow them you’ll be okay. This is located by skylake plaza - the location is nice since it’s close to many shopping centers, mall and highways.

I have been living there for 2 years. Place is very clean. Staff is very nice. It's getting better an better since Lilly took over. She got my bathtub painted and a new mirror on request. She definitely knows how to manage this place and how to treat the residents. I took 1 star because fitness center does not have mirrors and many machines available to work out.  There is no camara in the complex. I will add it if they make any of these changes  or even by adding a Tesla charger.

By far the worst place I have been, careful when you guys moved out, they will try to charge for fees that makes no sense, keep your eyes open.

No idea about the apartments but application process is horrifying

Office personal very friendly, especially Brianna. She helped me through the move in process. Community is well kept from the outside and apartment lay outs are very spacious.

Brianna and office staff are very helpful when I need something fixed they take care of it right away also maintenance worker s are very efficient
