Good place for an afternoon walk

Building management is a nightmare.  Ellie is the worst.  Ellie treats the residents as if they are her wards.  She forgets she works for the residents. Not the other way around.

Love 2Midtown! Home since 2007. Neighborhood keeps getting better every day.

lived here for 2 years, would not recommend at all, my life got better when i moved out. management is very rude and seems like they hate their job and will not help you. smells like pee the second you step out of the building. consider that it is extremely noisy on the side of the view because of the city (cars, police, music, etc), and the inside view is also very loud because of the echo caused by airplanes- trust me on this, the balconies are not relaxing.
homeless people around i even saw one peeing right in front of me on the building once, i was very scared. there was also a homeless man that went inside the parking lot and shot a staff member a few months ago. doesn’t feel safe. not worth your money.

Very nice tower

Highly unprofessional and incompetent staff.  I would definitely think twice about leasing with these people.  They think they can talk to people any kind of way and have no remorse for anything.   I hope you take heed and reconsider giving them anything.  Don’t be fooled by images they post online save your time, money and sanity now before you get locked into something and get stuck here.

I've been in this building for a year, there's been no pool for a year, The sauna was opened in October 2022, but there is one sauna that never reaches temperature, therefore only a wet steam one works,
Yacuzzi are also not enabled,
But neither is there an outdoor space where you can sit down to share a lunch or dinner in the open air,
The terrace where the kitchen is  also closed, there is no outdoor space to cook food and share,
If your idea is to meet new people this building is not the option,
There are never any posted events inviting neighbors to get together
There is a beautiful closed terrace for no reason, this area was never under repair,
However, the people who are usually at the reception are very friendly,
And the apartments in general are very bright, spacious and well maintained
Hopefully soon better in these services, (pool, jacuzzi, terrace)
The stars are for the reception and the good condition of the apartments and corridors

Worst menagment ever! Still No pool since 1 year or more...the garage situation is embarrassing, they stolen my bicycle inside a specific gate, door was broken so everyone can get in, cameras they said doesn't work, and after they check they said can see nothing about somebody get in and stole the bicycle...also they said is not a building responsability...security is embarrassing too, they just check and follow you when you have to do a moving...absolutely ridiculous Worst building ever! Can't wait to move somewhere else
