I’ve had a fantastic experience living in The Boulevard. The staff are wonderful, and Horacio at the front desk truly stands out—he’s warm, welcoming, and always incredibly helpful. He goes above and beyond to make residents feel safe and secure. A great place to call home!

I've lived at The Boulevard for over a y ...
I've lived at The Boulevard for over a year and have really enjoyed it. Leasing was easy and straightforward. The building's maintenance, security, and front desk team are wonderful people. Everyone works hard (and it shows) and is very kind and patient. This team actively makes my family's lives better everyday and are a huge part of why I enjoy living at The Boulevard.

Absolutely love this community! They have an incredible staff who are super responsive and the place is very well maintained. Special shoutout to the front desk Oratio as well! He always above and beyond. He even helped me load my bed frame onto a cart!

I just moved to the Boulevard.. I work in the real state/residential management company so I understand the complexity of this business. This is by far one the best places to live in Miami. It’s incredible the attention to detail and how engage the concierge, housekeeping and engineering department are. Also, Jose, property manager defines hospitality and he genuinely cares about the residents here and is probably why the staff is so professional. The property is beautiful, amazing view and great vibe.

When we moved in we got the FLP meter sw ...
When we moved in we got the FLP meter switch we notice our electricity bill getting really high. Our neighbor notice the same and he got a bigger ac unit. We been complaining 4 months now and no resolution. If you want a high electricity bill this is the place for you
