The Boulevard

The Boulevard is the best apartment block, the leasing agents are great and always helpful. By far the best apartment I’ve lived at and the pool is the best.

Management doesn't enforce anything. If you pay your rent on time you can do whatever you want - dog feces surrounding the building, blasting music in the middle of the night, smoke to the point the entire hallways smells. Parking garage also isn't secure -  no gate and unregistered guests come in an out as they please. Couldn't move out fast enough.

Came for a scheduled site tour and the concierge in the front was not very welcoming. Waited 10 minutes to be told that they cannot take us cause our ID was expired, however we have a valid note stating we are awaiting it in the mail (a police officer would accept this but apparently a leasing office cannot). There was no effort to even offer us to come back, just to leave my partner behind and go by myself. Didn’t sit right with us and made us very uncomfortable. I understand there is a policy but maybe try a different approach. After we left, we checked online to see if she really checked if the license was active and as we told her, it showed valid as of 2/8 (today). So, there was no effort to check in the first place.

I've been a resident now for over a year - great overall experience so far. Friendly staff. José has been particularly helpful in addressing anything I need fixed or attended to in my apt, along with the entire leasing staff.

The maintenance team here at the boulevard is one of the best I have seen. I have to mention jose and Gerardo for being so kind and efficient with all sévices needed in the units. I am thrilled to live here and be surrounded by people who care about the residents.

Thrilled with my new home! Moved here 2 weeks ago, and it's been fantastic. Huge shoutout to Walter, my leasing consultant—he made everything a breeze! Highly recommend.

This building has too many residents for the only two available elevators in the lobby. Service elevators are always down for no reason including when there aren’t even any movers.
