DO NOT MOVE IN TO UNIT 705!!! Landlord is a thief!!! I moved out last month and left the apartment in perfect condition, but landlord didn’t give the deposit back. It is been 20 days and he just blocked me to not pay the deposit. I have all the proof and receipts. His name is Luis Lizarraga and realtor who works with him is Andreina Lecue. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They will lie and steal your deposit!

Busy small building, seems is a mixture of locals and seasonal rentals. Some sketchy neighbors once in a while overall is a decent place.
