A very big disappointment and frustration with the treatment I received from the valet staff at your residence on Tuesday night between 9:50 pm and 10:05 pm. As a DoorDash delivery driver, I arrived at your location to deliver an order. However, upon arrival, I was met with unacceptable behavior from three of your valet attendants. They yelled at me to remove my car quickly, which was understandable, but their tone and manner were unprofessional.
What was even more disturbing was that after complying with their request and moving my car, they refused to provide me with a cart or assistance to carry three cases of water, which I had to deliver to a resident. This was particularly surprising, as they were willing to provide assistance and smile at other customers.
The only positive interaction I had was with the front desk staff, who helped me with the delivery.
I hope you will address this incident and provide your valet staff with training on customer service and professionalism.

If you’re looking for waterfront, luxury, new construction condos in Miami with unobstructed views and lots of space, and you don’t want to pay 3,000+ PPSF on the beach, then One Paraiso and Edgewater is for you. One Paraiso specifically has the best floorplans and amenities in Edgewater, won its 558, has great new management, strong financials and reserves and is built by Related Group and designed by Arquitectonica in collaboration with interior designer Piero Lissoni and landscape architect Enzo Enea. There’s a reason why units here feel bigger, and more spacious than units in other buildings with comparable square footage (hint: no wasted, unusable square footage and conservative measurements).

If you know about One Paraiso, then you've already realized that Edgewater has the most upside when it comes to waterfront condos in Miami. With a new Whole Foods almost complete a couple of blocks away, the baywalk coming in less than 2 years, and its prime location within walking distance by the adjacent neighborhoods of Wynwood, Design District and Midtown, there's plenty of reason to believe that this area is changing for the better, fast. Of course, gentrification of this speed also has downsides, as evidenced by a few reviews by tenants who had 2020-era sweetheart deals at half of today's market price. However, if you're looking for unobstructed bay and ocean views in Miami (Edgewater is the adjacent waterfront neighborhood directly north of Downtown) in a less rowdy, more residential neighborhood, and want a brand new, luxury condominium with resort-like amenities, then check out One Paraiso!

One Paraiso is the most exclusive of the condo buildings in the Paraiso neighborhood, and it's the one that's directly on the water, right next to the Amara restaurant. The views are unparalleled and the amenities are best in class. You can expect floorplans without wasted, unusable square footage like some other new construction buildings. They got new management in 2024, and Steven has been great for the building. Very professional and on top of it. Plus, the building seems to have recently won their 558 against the developer and got substantial proceeds to the HoA, including a commercial unit, the marina (dock is now available for residents to lease for a very reasonable rate) and scores of additional parking spaces. The building also has reserves. I would caution reading too much into some of these comments which seem to mostly be from visitors, delivery people or contractors. Every condo building will have issues with the elevator occasionally, and yes there is noise anywhere you live in Miami which you don't hear anymore after even a few days.

Where do I start? When I first moved into this complex, I was really excited because it appeared to be a luxury experience. However, my excitement quickly faded. Over the past year, I’ve encountered constant issues with the building, particularly the elevators. The elevators aren't just a minor inconvenience—they're straight-up dangerous. For the past two months, the only elevator that provides access to our building has been out of order, forcing us to rely on the service elevator. Unfortunately, the service elevator often malfunctions as well. Just last week, I found myself trapped inside the service elevator for 30 minutes. The situation was so serious that the fire department had to come to rescue us.
If you're considering living here, I strongly advise you to think twice. The elevators are so unreliable that as a resident, there are times when you genuinely won't feel safe. See the photos below for our recent experience inside the trapped elevator.
