29 Wyn Apartments

It’s been a pleasure working with the leasing as well as property management team here - Sofia, Gina and Alex are great. Building maintenance is prompt and keep cleaning standards high. Amenities don’t pack out and are comfortable to use. Pleasant work environment for those who work from home/remote.

Beautiful apartment building and the location is unbeatable. The management team is really nice!

I toured recently and was in between wynwood and Downtown. I chose 29 Wyn, in particular, as it’s located in the perfect pocket right on the busy streets of wynwood and in between midtown. The location is excellent and very walkable. I absolutely love it here. I feel like I’m living in a hotel, especially having concierge 5 days a week. The leasing team is very kind and helpful (I had a chaotic move-in with my movers) but they helped us out as best as they could. So happy I chose 29 Wyn!

The lobby area looks like a HOTEL. I honestly love all that the things the management does to make the community feel luxurious. They even have a specific scent their company uses in the common areas. I feel like I’m in a hotel every day. Gina and Sofi are literally the SWEETEST! Definitely recommend!

During my apartment hunt this beautiful property in wynwood was a standout. I love the look and feel of the building. The interior design feels like I’m in a luxury hotel. Sofia was a great agent and answered all of my questions.

I recently came to tour this apartment community and I was very impressed. The amenities, size of the apartments and location won me over. Gina from the Leasing Office did the tour with me and she provided the best customer service out of all the buildings I toured in the area.

Everyone here worked at the leasing office is super nice and friendly. There are some events in the building that make me feel this is the home. The team always listen to your needs and respond fast so I think this is one of the main reason I love this apartment.

I recently moved into 29 Wyn. So far, it’s been amazing. The move-in process was seamless and the team was very patient. I highly recommend this community as its brand new and the community is gorgeous.
